I specialize in working with adolescents and adults around navigating life transitions, grief, ADHD (in both children and adults), depression, anxiety, workplace challenges and stress. As a first-generation Asian Indian raised in the United States, I bring both personal and professional insight into the culturally and socially sensitive experiences of immigrant families.
With over 20 years of clinical experience, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including insight-oriented therapy, solution-focused work, cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and relaxation skills training.
